Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal or email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and images of the products you wish to return.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and seals to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours; please keep the package ready for our courier partner.

  Refund Processing

  After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
