Yes, our products are formulated to be skin-friendly and are generally suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend a patch test before full application.

Are your products free from harmful chemicals?

Absolutely. All Pilgrim products are 'Clean Label' and 100% free from parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, and other toxic chemicals. We follow strict international safety standards.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations across India.

Does Pilgrim test its products on animals?

No, we are a PETA-certified cruelty-free and 100% vegan brand. We never test our ingredients or finished products on animals.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered. Please ensure the product remains unopened and in its original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
